Abstract Submission Guidelines
Researchers are invited to submit abstracts of original research or clinical work for presentation. Abstracts must include the following :
- Title (in uppercase)
- Authors (highlighting the presenting author), and affiliations.
- Contact details of the corresponding author, including email ID, mobile number, and full address.
- The body should be limited to 250 words, typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spaced.
Submission Process
- Submit abstracts (for both oral and poster presentations) along with the registration form and fees to [email protected] by 20th March 2025.
- Preference for oral/poster presentation may be given while submitting abstracts.
- The final mode of presentation (oral or poster) will finally be determined by the technical committee and communicated in the acceptance letter.
- Presenters are required to confirm their participation upon acceptance.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations: Should be prepared in PowerPoint format. Invited lectures are allotted 10 minutes, and Oral presentations are allotted 5 minutes, followed by a 2-minute discussion. Each presenter may submit up to two abstracts.
Poster Presentations: Must be self-explanatory [Size 33 inches (84 cm) wide by 46 inches (117 cm) tall (A0 size, portrait mode)]. It is advisable to avoid synthetic material for poster printing.

- Dr. J.M. Nigam Memorial Award for Excellence in ‘Wildlife Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Radiology & Imaging”
- Dr. Apurba Chakraborty Distinguished Award for Excellence in ‘Wildlife Pathology”
- Dr. A.K. Sharma Appreciation Award for Best Young Researcher for outstanding contributions towards “Wildlife Sciences” (Master’s and PhD Veterinary Science students)
- Dr. A.B. Shrivastav Appreciation Award for “Best Lady Veterinarian” for outstanding contributions towards “Wildlife Health”
Apply for Awards
Candidates competing for the Association Awards, including Appreciation Awards, Memorial Awards, and the Lifetime Achievement Award, must submit a complete biodata along with all necessary supporting documents. Applications should be emailed to the General Secretary, AIZWV, ([email protected]) by 30th March 2025.

- Please read the information on the form before filling it up. The form can not be edited once submitted. However, you can email us if any correction needs to be done.
- Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of due payment.
